Aspen Moon Farm

The roadside Farm Stand is located at 7927 Hygiene Rd in Longmont and is open seasonally. The Farm Stand will be stocked daily with the best of what is available each day from the following seasonal produce: Salad Mix, Arugula, Spicy Greens Mix, Specialty Greens Mix, Butterhead Lettuce, Summer Crisp Lettuce, Kale, Chard, Radicchio, Cabbage, Fennel, Beets, Carrots, Green Shallots, Scallions, Fresh Basil and other Herbs, Zucchini, Summer Squash, Heritage Whole Wheat, Heirloom Cornmeal, Heirloom Popcorn, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Spring Onions, Eggs, Raspberries, Sunflowers, Zinnias, and Flower Bouquets. Also, Aspen Moon now has wool yarn and wool roving at the Farm Stand! Local and sustainable fiber from sheep raised in a certified organic system is another level of regenerative agriculture that they are proud to share with the community. Aspen Moon became the home for a small herd of Navajo Churro sheep this past spring. The sheep have been moved around the pastures and have been doing nature's work of restoring the land they graze. Research shows that grazing animals is one of the very best ways to restore balance and nourishment to soil.
