Local farms host visitors throughout the summer and early fall, serving up farm-fresh food prepared by locally renowned chefs. Farm-to-table dinners are a unique, unforgettable experience that allows visitors to working farms to learn more about the food on our tables. Dinners are multi-course, and dress is casual.

Ollin Farms is a family-run farm striving to produce healthy, nutrient-dense products through sustainable agricultural practices. They help spread the message of healthy living and building rewarding relationships within the community by hosting annual farm-to-table dinners, youth farming classes, special events and a roadside farm stand.
Aspen Moon Farm is a USDA-Certified Organic and Demeter-Certified Biodynamic farm that creates 100% natural and bee-friendly produce. In season, the roadside farm stand is open daily. Visitors can enjoy a farm dinner, tour the farm or volunteer to see the farm in action.
The Lyons Farmette in Lyons, Colorado (15 minutes west of Longmont) offers weekly farm dinners from July through September. Enjoy the beautiful grounds and a guided tour of the farm at the dinner, including the flower garden, greenhouse and farm animals.
Farow restaurant is a hyper-local restaurant that opened in Niwot in 2021. They host special seasonal Farm-to-table dinners on local farms and in the restaurant.
Lone Hawk Farm is a working farm on 120 rolling acres in a lovely, secluded part of Boulder County.
Colorado Aromatics periodically holds events on its farm. These have included Farm-to-Table Dinners, Farm Yoga, Wellness Talks and Farm Tours. Contact them to learn about their open-to-the-public events or to schedule a private event. They also offer spa services on the farm. Imagine soaking your feet in our herbal foot soak while taking in the mountain view.
