The many city parks, miles of trails, reservoirs and open spaces in and around Longmont provide so many opportunities for outdoor adventures and sports.

Longmont is home to 456 acres of parks, two recreation centers, five swimming pools, three public golf courses, a seasonal, outdoor ice skating and hockey rink, skateboard parks and off-leash dog parks. Let’s not forget all of the campinghiking, mountain biking,  fishingskydiving, paddleboarding and kayaking options. Not to mention, Longmont has many leisurely-centered activities like walking, jogging, birdwatching, disc golf, golfing, baseball, soccer and more.
