The Roost is headed by Executive Chef Sean Gafner and features Craft Casual American fare. The menu embraces farm-to-fork, and it puts an emphasis on good, local, affordable eats. Their menu is simple, and offers appetizers starting at $2, sandwiches including lobster rolls, burgers, and tacos, and signature fries that are delicious (an order of Marshmallow Fries, please!) They also offer a wide selection of Colorado craft beers and cocktails, as well as the owners’ favorite craft beers from California.
