Sushi Leo values serving our customers with quality Japanese cuisine. Opening in the fall of 2010, Sushi Leo is a traditional sushi restaurant. Our chefs have a wealth of knowledge in Japanese cuisine and are devoted to providing a fine dining experience for all of our guests. Our soy sauce, salad dressing, ponzu sauce, and special desserts are all homemade - no artificial flavoring. This is also true for our miso soup broth, which is specially made from kelp and dried bonito flakes by our chefs. Special selections of fish are imported weekly from Tsukiji Fish Market in Japan.
