Originally opened in 2011 by Chef Alec Schuler as the younger sister restaurant to Arugula Restaurant, Tangerine has always been in the conversation for Boulder’s best breakfast and brunch restaurant. In 2018, one month after closing his fine dining Italian/Mediterranean restaurant Arugula, the second Tangerine was born in Old Town Lafayette. And the third location in downtown Longmont opened in June of 2019.
Tangerine was created with Alec’s “finer Euro Mediterranean food mindset”, using only the best ingredients that are cooked to order. The extensive and varied breakfast/brunch menu is served all day, every day plus a great lunch menu featuring salads & sandwiches offered Monday through Friday 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Using the fine locally roasted beans they also proudly offer a world class espresso drinks experience.
It’s American brunch and lunch format and many items are made to order. Start your morning experience worth freshly coffee, brunch cocktails, in-season local farm fresh produce, handcrafted entrees, and bright and cheery decor.
