Located on the south end of the Creative District, is a must-see treasure for any Longmont visitor, Cheese Importers. Enjoy lunch at this French-inspired bistro, marketplace and cheese shop. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to enjoy your meal, a delectable dessert and one of their specialty coffee drinks, as well as a chance to wander around and pick up some tasty goodies to go, gift items and souvenirs.
In the afternoon, grab a bike from one of ten citywide Zagster stations, our bike share program. A relaxing ride through town will give you a great opportunity to view some of the Art in Public Places pieces.

After your bike tour, head to Still Cellars, a distillery and arthouse, a true micro-distillery. They offer Certified Organic spirits including whiskey, vodka and eau de vie (an un-oaked brandy), and their tasting room serves as a venue for art exhibits and performances. Enjoy dinner at Martini’s Bistro, a favorite among locals and known for their fine dining and beautiful patio. Located in a historic home built in 1890, Martini’s offers classic seafood and meat dishes with savory starters and an impressive selection of specialty martinis, cocktails and wines.
Enjoy a show at one of two theaters in downtown Longmont: The Longmont Theatre Company or Jesters Dinner Theatre. Both regional theaters host a number of plays, musicals and other special events throughout the year.

For lunch, head back over to Longmont's Prospect New Town neighborhood and enjoy an authentic Thai meal at the Prospect New Town neighborhood eatery, Urban Thai. Dishes are made from ingredients that are hand-selected with the highest quality to offer the best taste of Thai cuisine.
After touring the Prospect neighborhood, take in a live performance of either the Longmont Symphony Orchestra or Centennial State Ballet. Led by Music Director Elliot Moore, the Longmont Symphony Orchestra performs concerts throughout the year and include the Nutcracker, a holiday performance, a family concert, a pops concert and the 4th of July concert in the park.
The Centennial State Ballet is the premiere dance company in Boulder County whose performances feature the students of the renowned Longmont Dance Theatre Academy and their prestigious Pre-Collegiate Ballet Intensive Program.
Dine at Next Door American Eatery for dinner. Kimbal Musk, the equally ambitious brother to Tesla and SpaceX’s Elon Musk, is the proprietor of this Longmont eatery.
