All Students Welcome!
Tai chi forms were born out of connecting the original standing postures of Daoism to create movements. In traditional methods of training, each of the postures within a tai chi form were held for periods of time, anywhere between 5-30 minutes or more. Though the postures may appear static on the outside, much is happening internally including micro-alignments, sinking qi, energy flows, and more.

What You Will Learn:
In this class, Senior Instructor Craig Barnes will be reviewing the static postures taught by Bruce, the Wu Style Long Form, and perhaps incorporating some Tai Chi Push Hands as time allows. Hands-on adjustments to students may also be involved, which can be observed and incorporated by all. Postures are drawn from the Wu Style long form. Experience with this form is ideal but not required.

Tuesdays, 7:00-8:00 pm - Instruction by Master Bruce Frantzis (pre-recorded).
Thursdays, 6:30 pm-7:30 pm - Live-only Review and Practice Sessions with Senior Instructor Craig Barnes.
*This course is only live at the Energy Arts Training Center and will not be streamed. All classes have live instructors in attendance.*
