Follow along to the original Wu Style Tai Chi Form developed by Master Wu Jien Chuan who taught Master Frantzis' Master, Liu Hung Chieh. During each workout, the movements of tai chi exercise every muscle, ligament, tendon, and joint of the body. Tai Chi is renowned for increasing and balancing the circulation of the body’s energy. The flowing, continuous movements create a deep relaxation in the nervous system and mind. Wu Style is particularly applicable to meditation and healing.

What You Will Learn

This is a follow-along practice class. Beginners are welcome and can follow Senior Instructor Barnes, though it's best for those that already know the Wu Long Form or some Tai Chi.
