A simple, 20 minute per day workout can do wonders. Come join us for a fun, informative session that will loosen up your joints in just one hour. Wear loose clothing that will let you move freely. Soft shoes that can flex with low heels are preferred. The cost is $11 per person and includes your first beer, beermosa, or kombucha.
Steve Elliott has been studying Tai Chi for 38 years and teaching for 15. He studied with Bataan and Jane Faigao, and Bing Lee, and currently studies under Grandmaster Sam Tam, and Master Jesse Tsao. Through Blue Heron Tai Chi, he teaches at the Longmont Senior Center, Hover Manor, and has a studio at Dance Dimensions at the corner of Main St and Longs Peak where he teaches the Yang Long Form Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Sword, Cane, Ruler, and Push Hands.
