Springtime in Colorado is the perfect time to celebrate with a special feast – Colorado Lamb!
We’re very lucky in Boulder County to be home to some exceptional farm-raised (and often pasture-raised) all-natural lamb. In this class we’ll explore the differences between lamb from different sources, where to buy the good stuff locally, and how to cook it so that you get rave reviews. And best of all? We’ll focus on letting the quality of the ingredients shine.
You’ll get to help prepare (and eat) a great, and super-simple lamb roast, baby potatoes in duck fat, and roasted green beans. And you’ll get recipes for additional lamb dishes. This meal is a real treat to share with others!
Bring your honey or a friend, or come learn on your own – and enjoy a fun, relaxed evening of cooking and eating.
