Energy Arts Fall Weekend Workshop 2023: Investigating the Swings of Opening the Energy Gates of the Body Qigong

Building Power, Increasing Circulation, and Strengthening the Nervous System - Online and In-Person Options Available

This weekend workshop with Master Bruce Frantzis is suitable for all persons, beginners and more advanced practitioners, and is great for improving your health as well as developing power and qi flow for your healing art and/or martial ability. The Three Swings of Energy Gates Qigong is a simplified form of the original Qigong process. The complete process includes about twenty types of swings that Daoist Qigong practitioners have used for millennia. Over time it was distilled into just three swings to create the optimal exercise for a short set. The fundamental purpose of these exercises besides making the body looser is to maximize your qi and blood flow, increasing internal capacities and refining the qualities of your nervous system. Many Martial Artists and advanced Neigong and Qigong practitioners would learn the swings first to build the power, smoothness and qi flow needed to complete their tasks.
