Open Community Practice

Open to all and free to attend! People new to Qigong and Tai Chi, new to Energy Arts, and long-time students are all welcome to attend, socialize, share, and practice. Energy Arts Instructors are present to practice with and assist your learning and growth.

Community Practice is designed to give locals and persons new to the internal arts an easy, casual, and welcoming introduction to the Energy Arts systems and its community. It also allows our instructors and veteran students a time and space to go deeper into the practices we learn and train year round. Open Practice Hours are regularly scheduled at the Center between 11AM-6PM Tues.-Fri. Meet other like-minded individuals and stick around for conversation, some tea, or just to read from our library in our beautiful lobby!
