Meow Wolf Makers: Dia de los Muertos Marigolds & Masks Workshop (ALL AGES)

The Dia de los Muertos Family Fiesta and the Catrina Ball will be here soon!

Join Meow Wolf at the Firehouse and make marigold and butterfly masks and headpieces to get you ready for the ball!

Kate Major, professional costume and creature maker at Denver’s Convergence Station, will be inside the Firehouse's Main and South Gallery for an all-ages building workshop. Come make a mask or headpiece to wear to the Gigantes Procession on October 14th.

Materials will include recylced items, flowers, and paper mache. These will be privided along with cardboard, bubble wrap, packing materials, yarn, pipe cleaners, paint and glue. We encourage you to bring your own materials to build with too! Please leave glass, sharp metal, anything dirty, wet, icky or gross at home, though.

Tickets are $7 per person and kids under 12 are free (please have 1 adult for every 2 kids under 12). Proceeds will help support the Firehouse Art Center.
