Join us August 20th from 6-8pm on the front lawn of UCC Longmont. Our lawn concert is a ticketed event featuring and supporting Ditch Company.
BYO folding chairs or picnic blankets.
Tickets are $10/adult, and free for youth and children if attending with an adult.
ABOUT THE BAND:Ditch Company was born during the pandemic of 2020, in the backyard of keyboardist/vocalist Ian Brighton in Lyons Colorado, during a socially distanced jam session with Ian, drummer Steve Lamos, and bassist Bryan Pearce, while ashes from a nearby forest fire were falling like snow from the reddened smoke filled sky. It was an auspicious beginning of what ultimately became Ditch Company.
After a year of playing together, the band added guitarist James Thorpe to make a quartet, dedicated to strong pockets, mountain funk, folk, old time gospel, vocal harmonies, and all around soulful rocking Colorado good time music.
