Chef James specialties include Cajun staples such as Jambalaya, Gumbo, Cajun spiced Pulled Pork Sliders, Gulf-Shrimp Salad Po-Boy Sliders, Corn Maque Choux, Red Bean & Rice, Andouille Sausage, Boiled Crawfish, Crawfish Etouffee', Shrimp Etouffee' and much more! All options are available Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Vegetarian as well. Chef James brings the flavors of his home town, Baton Rouge, to JIMBEAUX’S authentic Cajun cuisine. Chef’s business partner, Stephanie Morein from New Orleans, is baking and creating all of the ‘Southern Sweet Treats’ on the truck. Her creations include Corn Bread mini muffins, Bread Pudding with Rum sauce, Pecan Roll bites and Pralines.
