Gods Playing in the Clouds Qigong dates back 3000 years and is one of the oldest Qigong and Neigong sets from the Eastern traditions. Many consider Gods Playing in the Clouds to be a core of Daoist energy arts and perhaps the most transformational of all Qigong sets. This class will be taught online in German with an English translation available.
What You Will Learn:

This class will teach this Qigong set, consisting of six interlinked physical movements. They might look simple on the surface, however the internal energetic restructuring is the deepest and most complete training in Daoism. Gods Playing in the Clouds Qigong amplifies all the physical, breathing and energetic components learned in earlier Qigong programs and completes the process of integrating all 16 Neigong.
