Ring in the New Year Victorian style with a very special investigation of the historic (and haunted!) Callahan House in Longmont! Your tour guides will be psychic medium Dori Spence and the Kindred Spirits Investigative Team, who will lead you through the history and mystery of this very paranormally active home.

The Callahan House was originally built in 1892 for J.K. Sweeney, who sold it to entrepreneur and local shopkeeper Thomas Callahan in 1896. Callahan and his wife Alice extensively remodeled the original house and nearly doubled its size, including building an "automobile house" for their first car in 1902. This early garage featured a turnstile so that the car could be turned around and driven forward out of the garage without having to put it in reverse. In 1938 the Callahans gifted the home to the city of Longmont, who has meticulously restored every part of the home to maintain its original glory.

Many paranormal groups have investigated the Callahan House through the years and have come up with amazing evidence. Alice's original 1893 Steinway piano still sits in the parlor of the home, and it has been documented many times that the piano will play by itself (one paranormal group actually recorded the piano playing during their investigation). In addition, these groups have captured EVP's of what they believe to be the voice of Raymond, the Callahan's son, and there have been reports of the appearance of a woman in a Victorian-period dress looking out the second floor window.
