Come learn how to make these three relatively quick and easy cheeses: Chevre, the classic soft goat cheese, Quark, the German milder version of yogurt, and Cottage Cheese, an old familiar favorite! You’ll find out how we can use almost exactly the same ingredients and get these three very different types of cheese by using different amounts of the ingredients and varying the time, temperature and techniques used. We’ll talk about how to make the best milk selections for the cheeses you’re making (from farm fresh to grocery store varieties) and you’ll not only sample cheeses throughout the class but will go home with some cheesy goodies as well!
