Foundational Qigong teaches the very beginning and root of all Qigong - perfect for beginners and anyone looking for better health, easier movement, and increased performance.
What You Will Learn:
In this practice, we will explore the components that make up the necessary foundation of core Qigong skills, including the basic standing alignments, making circles, shifting weight, and feeling the kwa. Learn how to put your mind inside your body and dynamically change how you move and interact with the world. Meet other like-minded individuals and stick around after for conversation, some tea, or just to read from our library in our beautiful lobby!
Instructional Foundational Qigong Level 1 classes will be immediately available to you upon registration as recordings in your online account. Level 3 classes from Alden will expand on these pre-recorded instructional classes and give opportunities for live, in-person practice, corrections and questions.
