Opening the Energy Gates of Your Body Qigong is a primary neigong practice within the Water Tradition as it establishes the ability to connect to and influence the downward flow of energy, making training safe and effective. Through accurate practice of the six exercises that comprise Energy Gates Qigong, students will systematically and progressively increase vitality, clear blocked energy in the body, and can dramatically improve all aspects of their lives.
What You Will Learn
Appropriate for beginners as well as experienced students, Senior Instructor Craig Barnes will cover details of this set, which is central to the whole Energy Arts system, and will go deeper into the form, expanding on what was taught during the previous session.
Saturdays, 10:00-11:00 AM– Instruction by Senior Instructor Craig Barnes.
Class is live, in-person, streamed online, and recordings are posted for EA Live Members' in their online accounts.
