Our instructor trainings are a unique opportunity to learn material in more concentrated depth and become an Energy Arts Certified Instructor. Dragon and Tiger Medical Qigong is one of the most direct and accessible healing systems to emanate from China. It is a superior low-impact health maintenance exercise grounded in spirituality and is composed of seven simple movements—one set only takes about 15 minutes.
