Conscious Connected Breathing is a dynamic practice that stimulates our bodies’ innate healing abilities by activating the mind-body connection. Using the ancient wisdom of the breath with some intentions, we are able to reset our nervous systems while accessing and releasing tucked-away emotions and stuck energy. By consciously breathing continuously without pauses we tap into our emotional, spiritual, mental and physical bodies, allowing us to explore altered states of consciousness. You'll be laying down on a yoga mat with a pillow, blanket, eye mask, and be guided through the session with time for asking/sharing before and after with the teacher.
