It’s that time of year again! Help us Celebrate Colorado Public Lands Day and showcase your harvest and culinary skills for a chance to walk away with some new Camp Chef gear.
Take a look at what you have left in your freezer from this past Fall and make your best dish! If you have meat in your freezer from a 2018 hunt, you really ought pull it out, scrape off all that freezer burn, and show us what you’ve got. Acceptable entries this year will be ANY WILD HARVESTED FOOD, as long as it is the focus: wild game meat, wild mushrooms, wild asparagus, etc. Obviously, the more wild, the better!

Entries must be wild game, recreationally-caught fish, or foraged foods. All participants will get 2 votes for their favorite dish. Please plan your meal to ensure multiple participants can sample it. Portions can be small. Good Luck!
