Bagua or baguazhang is an internal martial art – its beautiful physical movements are based on the universal spiraling energetic patterns as described in the I Ching.
What You Will Learn:
This course is accessible to all levels: beginners and advanced students looking for either improved martial and physical performance or simply better health and balance. Master Frantzis and Senior Instructor Craig Barnes will teach the second palm change of Bagua.
