Centered around seasonal flavors, local produce, meats, and cheeses, and seasonal herbs, we've planned a multi-course menu representative of all that Colorado has to offer. Thanks to the wonderful variety of resources that local farms provides us with, we are happy to accommodate all variety of dietary needs.
Our menu is made to be paired with a selection of beer and wine. You can order your favorites from our list (coming soon!), or even bring your own!All proceeds will be going to the St. Vrain Valley Young Life, supporting kids through their adolescent years, and 'serv[ing] as a lifeline for kids' through their ministry programs.
