    Mile-Hi Skydiving is Colorado’s top skydiving facility with more than 35,000 jumps made annually! Mile-Hi Skydiving is the only full-time skydiving operation within the northern Front Range area of Colorado. Located in Longmont’s Vance Brand Regional Airport, take a jump with the scenic Rocky Mountains from 17,500 feet above sea level!

  3. GET CHEESY IN LONGMONT AT THE ART OF CHEESE AND CHEESE IMPORTERS 

    Longmont is home to the Art of Cheese, a cheese-making school where classes are offered for beginners, experts and everyone in between. The class schedule is always posted here.  

    Cheese Importers is housed in a french-inspired bistro and artisan market is a walk-in refrigerator of cheese, charcuterie and gourmet foods from around the world. They feature over 300 different selections of cheese! Cheese Importers is a must-see!

    The Downtown Longmont Creative District features an eclectic mix of restaurants, breweries, retail shops, art galleries, theaters, music venues, events and entertainment options. Stroll around the district to enjoy all we have to offer. The 2nd Friday program includes gallery openings, promotions, and activities that take place throughout the downtown district.

    Downhill adventures cover the foothills of the Rocky Mountains with three open spaces at Hall RanchRabbit Mountain and Heil Valley Ranch. Longmont has many miles of bikeable trails in town on the St. Vrain Greenway

    Try your hand at a premier fishing location: St. Vrain State Park. The Colorado state park is home to 604 acres of land and 152 acres of water split among several ponds. It’s a great place for anglers, campers, photographers, birders, walkers and anyone who loves the great outdoors. During the winter season, St. Vrain State Park is a highlight for winter ice fishing.

  7. CHECK OUT THE LONGEST-RUNNING FARMERS MARKET SEASON IN THE STATE OF COLORADO

    Collect your farm fresh fruit, veggies, meat, wine and more at the Longmont Farmers Market. Running April – November, this market is held every Saturday during the season at the Boulder County Fairgrounds. In addition to the fresh produce, you can browse local artisan pieces, listen to live music and enjoy all of the season’s offerings!
