The Art of Cheese Offers Cheesemaking Bootcamps

The Art of Cheese, Longmont’s artisan, home, cheesemaking school, has announced their 2018 bootcamp schedule. The bootcamps are two- or three-day courses that allow folks the opportunity to take multiple classes and learn many technique over a short period of time. You can sign up for one, two, or three days – creating your own cheesemaking learning experience.

Each month, these intensive workshops on cheesemaking allow students to learn the maximum amount about cheese in the minimum amount of time. Each day builds on the knowledge learned the day before, but if you can only come to one or two days, you will still learn lots of valuable cheesemaking skills while having fun. A lunch with wine and dessert is provided each day of the workshop.

Here is the schedule of 2018 Cheesemaking Bootcamp Workshops:

  • February 24 & 25
  • March 23 — 25
  • April 21 & 22
  • June 29 – July 1

In addition to these cheesemaking bootcamps, The Art of Cheese offers a cheesemaking 101 course, Weekend “Cheese” Warrior classes and two-hour classes for beginning, intermediate, and advanced level cheesemaking.
